HOW TO REACH THE CONGRESS VENUE
The Registration Desk will open one hour before the beginning of the sessions and close half an hour after the end of the sessions.
The official language of the Congress is English.
PASSPORT AND VISA
Nationals of the European Community require only a valid identify card. For most countries outside Europe, for example USA and Canada, a valid passport is enough. Some countries, however, still require a visa. You can find more information about the Schengen Area and required documents here: link
In case you need an entry visa, you should apply for a Schengen Visa. Please make sure you apply for it well in advance before your departure. For more information please contact the French Embassy or Consulate in your country. You can also find more information at:

LETTERS OF INVITATION
Requests for letters of invitation for visa purposes should be directed to the Organizing Secretariat after the registration. Please note that such letter can not grant any financial support.
The Organizing Secretariat cannot accept responsibility for accidents or damage to participants or accompanying persons before, during or after the Congress. Participants are urged to make their own arrangements with respect to travel and health insurance. Upon registration, the participant accepts this provision.
Badges denoting registration status will be given to all participants upon their check-in at the registration desk. Participants will not be admitted to any scientific session without their badge.
Exhibition will be located in Nice Acropolis Congress Centre.
Participants are kindly requested to keep their mobile phones in off position in the rooms where scientific sessions are being held.
Internet Wi-Fi services will be available to all participants during the Congress.
CERTIFICATES OF ATTENDANCE
Certificates of attendance will be available on request at the end of the Congress at the registration desk.
