EUGMS SOCIAL DINNER

On October 11 will be held the EUGMS Social Dinner, open to all the Congress Participants.

If you are an EUGMS Board Member or an Invited Speaker please contact: eugms.travel@aristea.com.

All the Speakers and Chairs participating in a Submitted Symposium have to register normally to the Congress.

Delegates Registration Fees include: Name Badge, Admission to all Congress sessions, poster area and Exhibition; Participation in the Opening Ceremony; Congress bag.

Accompanying Persons Registration Fee includes: Name Badge, Participation in the Opening Ceremony.

Sponsor Staff Registration Fee includes: Name Badge, admission to poster area and Exhibition, Participation in the Opening Ceremony.

We also inform that the invoice for the registration payment will be sent by email within 30 days.

Please print and bring with you the eBadge received by email to print your badge at the Pre Registration Desks.

CANCELLATION

Written notifications of cancellations should be sent to the Organizing Secretariat and will entitle the applicant to the following refund:
- Cancellation received on or before July 15, 2017:
refund of registration fee minus an administrative fee of € 50.00
- Cancellation received after July 15, 2017:
no refund will be made

All refunds will be processed after the end of the Congress.


GROUP REGISTRATIONS

Group registrations will be accepted for a minimum of 10 participants. For further information please contact Ms. Francesca Mannella at the following address:

NAME CHANGES

For each name change received after September 5, 2017 a payment of Euro 50.00 (VAT included) will be required.
Before proceeding with the change of name, the participant must submit a written authorization, making sure to attach a copy of an identity document. With regard to groups the Sponsor or Administrator will compile a new application form for each substitution request.

PHOTOGRAPHY

By attending the EUGMS 2017 Congress, you acknowledge that photographs and/or videos of you may be taken by our conference staff and/or photographers at any time. Furthermore, you grant EUGMS permission to use photographs and/or video of your likeness in any type of media, including websites and print publications, without compensation or reward.
