The EuGMS is pleased to invite you to the Lessons for Medical Care in Nursing Homes from the COVID-19 Pandemic - Online conference to be held on 21st April 2023 – 10:00-16 :30 CEST

The COVID-19 pandemic was a major stress test for medicine and care in nursing homes in Europe. The Special Interest Group in Long Term Care of EuGMS is organising an online one-day symposium on Friday 21 April to explore lessons learnt for medical care in nursing homes, as well as advances in policy, prevention and practice for medical care of residents in nursing homes. This should be of interest to all specialists and trainees in geriatric medicine, as well as dedicated nursing home attending doctors and public health specialists.
