The Macedonian Association for Geriatric Medicine (MAGM) is an independent specialist and scientific organization within Macedonian Medical Association (MMA), which deals with the study of issues on the field of geriatric medicine and aims to encourage scientific research in this area, contributing to the development of geriatrics through the organization of specialistic-scientific events, as well as collaborating with international organization in the field.

MAGM plan and organize regular scientific meetings four times a year on the subject of frailty and sarcopenia, comprehensive geriatric assessment, the issue of polypharmacy and multimorbidity in the elderly, cognitive impairment and dementia, falls, fragile fractures, osteporosis etc.
