Polypharmazie

Central to geriatric medicine is the older patient. Frailty, Sarcopenia and multi-co-morbidies are highly prevalent in older people. The interdisciplinary Working Group for polypharmacy and pharmacotherapy in older people of the Österreichischen Gesellschaft für Geriatrie und Gerontologie has now produced this document.
