The impact of self perceptions of aging and resilience on healthy life behaviours among geriatricians according to age groups
Dear Colleagues,
Self perception of aging (SPA) and psychological resilience are known to have effects on health and healthy life behaviours. To our knowledge there is no study which evaluates SPA of geriatricians.
Geriatricians are the group of doctors who have the most knowledge about aging and are most aware of the importance of healthy aging.
So, is this knowledge and awareness enough for us, as geriatricians, to have a positive SPA and exhibit healthy aging behaviors? Do our experiences and aging over the years change these attitudes?
If you are a Geriatrician, or geriatrics fellow, or
internal medicine specialists who are working in the field of geriatric medicine please answer the questions which will take 5-8 minutes.
